Counselling in Midhurst Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is a creative talk-based therapy which helps you to make sense of and resolve emotions and patterns behind current difficulties in order to enable real and lasting changes in yourself, your relationships and your life. It is a humanistic and person-centred therapy, meaning that I won't 'diagnose' you, or try to tell you what's wrong with you, but will aim to encourage and support you to come to your own understanding and move towards wellbeing, wholeness and growth. Many people have found that ETC has helped them with a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and communication issues, anger, abuse, bullying, trauma etc.
