Hypnotherapy in West Sussex How can I help you? Expert hypnotherapy to help you make your change and feel better. Everybody wants to get the most out of life but that feeling can be blocked for reasons you may or may not understand.

This can leave you feeling frustrated, anxious, low and confused.

I understand how and why that can happen and have a plan to help you resolve it.

I work to help you make quick and lasting change using hypnotherapy supported with psychotherapy. My aim is to help you reach the place you want to be, and achieve your goals as easily as possible using a 3-step process, combining therapy techniques to guide you to where you want to be;

1 Understanding your specific needs.

2 Creating an approach individual to you.

3 Guiding and supporting you through the process.

I specialise particularly working with hypnotherapy for anxiety, panic attacks, stress, self-esteem, phobias, weight-loss and stopping smoking but have the necessary qualifications and experience to deal with a wide range of emotional, psychological and behavioural issues.

I am CNHC accredited and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Mindfulness, and abide by their code of ethics. It is important to check the level of qualification and accreditation of any potential therapist, and below you can see my details listed in full.
