I offer short or long term counselling in Brighton and Hove with reasonable fees and free first appointment. My approach is Humanistic Integrative, which means that I use a variety of approaches with clients (Person Centered, Psychodynamic, Existential), responding closely to their individual needs. Being non-judgmental, warm and empowering with my clients is also important in my work. I have specialist training in working with self-harm, addictions and survivors of abuse. I am also experienced working with students and cultural or ethnic diversity.
